Shipping

We currently ship to selected destinations, including Australia, the United States, and the following countries in Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore.

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are shopping from outside Australia, your payment provider may convert the total into your local currency at checkout.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on orders over A$85 to all available shipping destinations.

For orders under A$85, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

As a general guide:

• Australia: 7–20 business days
• United States: 10–25 business days
• Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore: 10–25 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's customs authority. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us at hey@planabyaster.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

We accept return requests within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Free from damage, marks, perfume, makeup, or other signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email hey@planabyaster.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide the next steps once your request has been reviewed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

For privacy and security reasons, our return address is provided after your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey@planabyaster.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you're entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, those rights will always apply.
